We have friendly Certified Enrollment Specialists on site and they are here to help determine if you qualify for free or low cost health insurance. It is free to apply. Anyone, including adolescents of child bearing age are eligible for confidential services which include family planning.
Settlement Health is an enrollment hub for the community using the New York State of Health, the Official Health Plan Marketplace.
Our team of bilingual, Certified Enrollment Counselors is dedicated to assisting patients and non-patients alike. Counselors offer assistance with:
- Enrollment into:
- Marketplace Health Insurance Plans
- Emergency Medicaid
- Medicaid Coverage for Pregnant Women
- Eligibility for you and your unborn child
- Family Planning Benefit Program (FPBP)
Additionally:
- Insurance Eligibility Screening and Re-certification (on paper and on-line)
- AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Applications
- Referrals to Other Social Service Agencies
