Our Commitment

Settlement Health is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the recognized international standard for web accessibility, and to the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

We recognize that some content on our website may not yet meet these standards. We have engaged a professional accessibility audit and remediation team to identify and resolve accessibility barriers, and we are actively working to bring all content into conformance.

Current Status

A formal accessibility audit of settlementhealth.org is underway as of May 2026. Initial findings have been documented and a remediation plan with committed milestones is in place. We will update this statement as remediation progresses and will publish a full Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) report upon completion of the engagement.
